The summer camps are a perfect fit for hockey athletes that want to focus on specific techniques with high repetitions to continue their development training. Focused on teaching individual age-appropriate skillset techniques and breaking them down into details, athletes gain a better understanding of the concepts being presented. It’s all about how you communicate with each athlete helping players reach their peak potential. These elite training methods and innovative hockey developments brings the base-line skill level of the next generation players to another level. This is not a daycare setting... Athletes will be pushed and challenged.

Program Details
Days/Times: Monday through Friday 8:30 pm – 4:30 pm (full-day camp).
On-Ice Sessions: (2) 1.5hr on-ice sessions per day .
Groups: Athletes will be divided into age-skill-appropriate groups.
Staff: We will provide comprehensive support to ensure players are properly equipped and comfortable throughout the camp.
Camp Lunch: Not provided. Bring a lunch (include protein bars/shakes and snack money. Vending machines are available at the rink.
Dryland Training: Daily plyometrics, conditioning, and core training.
Chalk Talk: Player development points of emphasis, stickhandling homework, nutrition, and gear specs.
Scrimmages: The last 15 minutes of each second on-ice session will be used for 3 vs. 3 or 5 vs. 5 game.
Friday Game Day: During the second and last session there will be a scrimmage.
Required: Full gear, athletic wear, and a water bottle .
Fee: $495/Includes: T-shirt & Jersey (lunches not included).
Prorated: $100/athlete - 2 or more dates (pick & choose).
Drop-in: $110/athlete.

Camp Reminders
Arrival/Drop Off: Please sign in at the lobby table when arriving.
Assigned Lockers: Locker 1-2 (Mite/Squirt), Locker 3-4 (PeeWee/Bantam, & Girls (ref room).
Late Check-In or Early Pick-Up: Please text 612.666.3930.
Allergies/Medication/Waiver of Liability: Must sign a waiver form in person Monday morning.
Dryland Training Exercises: Be sure to bring athletic wear.

Jersey & T-shirt: Receive your jersey/t-shirt at check-in Monday morning.

Scrimmage: Friday Game Day: During the last on-ice session there will be a full-ice scrimmage.
Policies: Once registered, payment is non-refundable. No cancellations, credits, or refunds for any reason (medical or otherwise).
